Age-up choices compared
What every age-up choice of every civilization hands over when the age arrives, valued in resources: shipped units at their train cost, livestock and crates at what they hold, resources at face value. Choices whose payoff is a bonus rather than goods show no value here; their pages list the effect.

How this is worked out
Value = Σ shipped units × their train cost (food + wood + coin + influence) + Σ livestock and crates × what each holds + resources given. Units with no train cost of their own (shipment-only) count as 0. Effects that only apply when a civilization can have a given technology count only for civilizations that can.
"Of cost" = value ÷ the age-up's price. The price is paid in any case; what differs between choices is what comes back.
